Doing The Work on Money
I have been working with my beliefs around money.
As I am questioning them,
many underline beliefs keep popping up.
A painful belief showed up recently is;
“Paying money is stressful.”
I learned this belief from my mother, and it’s deeply in me still.
It was a very difficult one to answer question 4.
However, I am really enjoying finding examples to this turn around;
Paying money is fun.
Paying money is fun when I get to eat something delicious.
Paying money is fun when I get to learn something new.
Paying money is fun when I can purchase someone’s long-years’ wisdom/experience right away.
Paying money is fun when I can make someone happy.
Paying money is fun when I can get amazing experience.
Paying money is fun because that makes me feel good.
It’s a new place for me.
Love,
Aki
