I received a question, and I thought my answer may serve some of you, too.

Question:
What is your experience when you struggle to make a decision?
My Answer:
When I struggle to make a decision,
I am believing many different thoughts.
I will identify those thoughts first then question them.

- Make a list followed by below sentences:
I don’t want to make a decision because..
examples: I will make a mistake. My parents won’t be happy with my decision.
Decision making is hard because…
examples: I’m not smart enough. Decision making requires contemplation/ It requires me a lot of work!
